If I have my numbers right. 1 acre of hemp in 4 months makes about 1000 gallons of seed fuel (not counting cellulose pulp for paper and and other products and fiber for fabrics and other products) the US is using about 375000000 gallons of fuel a day which comes out to about 45000000000 gallons every 4 months. Which would require 45000000 acres to produce. The United states currently has about 2.26 billion acres of farmland. Not only enough land but from the same fuel crops we also get cellulose and fiber without cutting down trees or growing cotton. I know I am gonna get heat from all sorts of directions on this but I only have 30 minutes and I am trying to cover a topic effectively while also making a video which is actually watchable for 30 min. So some things got cut out. I know my depiction of potheads is overgeneralized and stereotypical. I cut out the parts about pot not being a dangerous drug because of time constraints and because it's ultimately off topic. My point is still that this message needs to be delivered by people who ...
